Early childhood education has long been debated by varying opinions. Some parents feel that young children belong at home and separate from instruction. Others feel that the ages up to 5 years are the most important years of education which means that the learning process should be introduced during these years. As far as I am concerned, it's a good thing that many parents have already realized the importance of early education, but some parents are too eager to start their own program to educate their young children, sending them into many kinds of early education organization, such as playing the piano, or drawing pictures, etc. In my opinions, parenting education is better than early education organization.
To begin with, parents know what kinds of early education is the best one for their children. Early education organizations, recently, have flooded parents’ eyes in the past few years. Parents have to choose a suitable one for their children from different educational concepts of colorful early education organizations. Moreover, taking course schedule and educational environment into consideration, deciding a final one becomes a burdensome task. After that, whether children adapt it becomes another problem. In contrast, parenting education solves all these problems easily. First, parents know their children much better than anyone else which means they can cultivate them specifically. Too many children arranged to one class in early education organizations, teachers may not be able to take care of every child. Moreover, there are plenty of materials from which parents can chose to cultivate their children. Parents can change the parenting method flexibly if children cannot adapt to it.
Second, early education organizations charge too much money. It is reported that a child cost 10000yuan per month learning in an early education organization. Viewed as whole, not many parents could afford it. Also, with two-child policy carried out recently, early education organizations become an enormous financial burden added to a family. In other words, parenting education saves a great deal of money.
At last, in the long term, choosing parenting education is better than early education organization. Say that to win at the starting line, many early education organizations cite this sentence to attract parents. However, life is not just a simple race. Sprinting at the starting line is not the only way. Otherwise, it goes without saying that education is a long-term process. In order to parenting their children, parents must learn a lot of knowledge which definitely enhance themselves and prepare the development of children for the future. In addition, spending time with own children build a connection between parents and children. Nowadays, people are busy going about their work. Seldom do the parents spend time with their children. In other words, parenting education makes younger children grow up happily companied with parents’ warm and caring protection.
With the development of economy, people tend to pursue high quality living conditions. Most of the parents try their best to offer their children comfortable circumstances, but they seldom have time to stay with their children. In my point of view, no matter how busy they are, they shouldn’t simply send their children to early education organization. Parents should make the best use of their time to stay with their children and parenting them.
