摘要：Device and method for controlling reproduction of an audio signal (S A ),wherein the device is operated by means of an energy storage device (2), characterized inthat - a normal mode (M N ) is deactivated and an energy saving mode (M S ) is activated,wherein an power consumption from the energy storage device (2) for reproduction ofthe audio signal (S A ) is reduced in the energy saving mode (M S ) as compared to thenormal mode (M N ), - in the energy saving mode (M S ) a bass frequency component (B)of a frequency spectrum (X(f SA )) of the audio signal (S A ) is reduced and the audiosignal (S A ) is output with reduced bass frequency component (B), - a charge state (C) ofthe energy storage device (2) is ascertained, and - the reduction in the bass frequencycomponent (B) is controlled based on a decrease in the charge state (C) of the energystorage device (2).
