摘要：There is disclosed a collapsible bed which has a head frame (12) and a footframe (14) that are of shaped metal tube. At each end of each frame there is a \"U\"shaped recess (22). Two bars (16, 18) extend between the frames (12,14). At each end ofeach bar there is a disc (24) with a peripheral channel (26). The discs (24) seat in therecesses (22) and lock therein. A sheet of material (20) extends between the bars (16,18),the bars passing through casings on opposed sides of the sheet. The inner sides of therecesses (22) of each frame (12, 14) slope towards one another to assist in guiding thediscs (24) into the recesses and to stretch the sheet of material (30).
