摘要：An exercise device for assisting stretching exercises comprises a stretch supportframe (4) and a vibrator (20). The stretch support frame (4) is configured to define aplurality of fixed leverage points (14, 15) for engagement by a user to perform stretchingexercises. The vibrator (20) is operatively connected to the stretch support frame (4) tovibrate the frame (4) such that vibrations are transferred from the frame (4) to the userwhen the user engages one or more of said leverage points to increase the efficacy ofthe stretching exercises.
