I'm an active, lovely, and clever boy. In the school my favorite subject is math. Perhaps someone thinks it's difficult to study well. But I like it. My Day

I’m Cui Zhaoheng . I’m a student . Every day thatI spend is busy and happy .

I go to school from Monday to Friday .In the morning I get up at 6:00 and then get ready for school . I go to school at 7:00. Our school begins at half past seven .I have six classes every day . Although I am busy , I can get a lot of knowledge through my hard work . I have lunch at school . The food in my school is very delicious . In the afternoon , we usually play games after class .We often have a good time .Our school finishes at 5:00 .I go home with my aunt happily. In the evening I do my homework first. After finishing it I’ll read books or watch TV . I often

go to bed at 9 o’ clock after a comfortable bath. Every day I hope to have a good dream .

A HAPPY FAMILY

I have a happy family .Though there is a little furniture in my home and everything in the room seems rather commom , I love my home very much .

My father is an engineer , nearly forty years old . He often works late into night . He even forgets himself when he is reading .I have a kind mother .She is a teacher . She loves her pupils and her job very much and puts all her heart into her work.She does almost all the housework at home . She is the busiest one in our family. I am a middle school student . I study hard . My favorite hobby is playing the drum set（架子鼓）. During our leisure time , reading is our main hobby . Evening is the happiest hour in our family . We usually sit in my parents’ room, reading and discussing everything we interested in .

HOW TO KEEP HEALTHY

As the saying goes, “Good health is above wealth”. It tells us nothing is more important

than to keep healthy in the world. But do you know how to keep healthy? Here are my suggestions.

First of all, we should have a good eating habit. Eating healthily is important to us teenagers. （青少年）Have three meals a day and eat in a right amount（数量）. Also, we should eat more vegetables and fruits instead of meat. Because eating too much meat makes us fat. What`s more, we ought to take exercise every day. Doing sports every day helps us keep healthy. If we don`t take any exercise, we may feel tired and get sick easily. And we can`t study well without healthy body. Most importantly（重要地）, we are supposed to （应该）be in a good mood （心情，情绪）every day. When we have a pleasant（愉快的） mood, we have confidence（信心） in our study and our life. Then we will make our dreams come true more easily.

My Favorite Teacher

Everyone has his or her favorite teacher. Some students like English teacher, others like Chinese teacher. But my math teacher is my favorite of all. She is a mid-aged woman（中年妇女）. In my class, most of my classmates like her.

First of all, Math class is interesting. In math class, we can learn lots of useful things. My math teacher often teaches us in a different way. She can make our math class lively（生动的） and interesting. What`s more, My math teacher is very kind. She treats（对待）us as her own children. In her class, we never feel nervous. When we have problems in studying, she will explain with patience（耐心）. Most importantly, my math teacher is very smart. She explains everything clearly. So she makes it easy for us to study math.

All in all, I like math class. I enjoy my math teacher, too. I hope I can get a good mark in math in the coming final exam（期末考试）.

MY HOBBY

As the saying goes,“No hobbies make Jack a doll”. It tells us everyone needs to have one or two hobbies. Hobbies are very important to us, so we should have hobbies. Different people have different hobbies. My hobby is reading books.

MY BEST FRIEND

A life without friends is like a life without the sun . Nobody live alone in the world . I have many friends . Among them Tom is my best friend .

Tom is kind and honest（诚实） . He is my neighbor（邻居） . We play and study together every day . HOW TO KEEP ANIMALS

MY FAVORITE SINGER.

There are many different kinds of singers . Among folk singers, rock singers and pop singers, I like pop singers best. Jay Zhou is a famous pop singer. I like listening to his songs very much. He is my favorite singer.

He is a hard-working singer .He is good at playing the piano. When he was young, he practiced the piano very hard. He is a successful（成功过的）singer. When I first listen to his songs, I begin to love him .His songs are full of emotions（激情，情绪）. You can’t help moving your body when you hear his songs. After school, I always listen to his songs at home .When I listen to his songs .I feel very happy and relaxed.

MYF AVORITE INSTRUMENT

There are many kinds of instruments. Among folk instruments, traditional instruments and western instruments I like a traditional instrument best. It is pipa.

I like playing the pipa very much. It is a traditional Chinese instrument . It looks like a guitar. When I first see it , I begin to love it. Its sound is very different from other instruments. It has four strings. It sounds nice . When I listen to it, I feel very happy and relaxed（放松的）. I can

play many songs with my pipa. When I am tired , I would like to play pipa. I can lose yourself in a beautiful world When I play the pipa.

MY BEDROOM

I have a warm and nice bedroom . It’s very small , but very bright . I love it very much . Next, Let me introduce it to you.

There is a big bed in my bedroom . You can see a desk and a chair near the bed . Some books and a table light are on the desk . I usually do my homework and study on my desk . And There is a bookhelf next to my desk . You can see two photographs on bedroom’s wall, too . There is a chest（大箱子） next to my bed . My clothes are in it .

My Favorite Animal

Most people have their favorite animals, such as birds, snakes, giraffes, elephants and so on. Among them, I like dogs best. In my home, I also have a dog. I call her Qiuqiu. I think dogs are the best pets of all.

First, dogs are very lovely and interesting. When I get home from school every day, it always runs out of the house to welcome me, and jumps again and again around me. Second, Dogs can help us do many useful things, like helping us guard（看护） our homes, helping the police catch bad people, helping people to take care of sheep and so on. How To Have a Healthy Life

For one thing, we should eat more vegetables and fruits. Eating more vegetables and fruits is healthy for us. If we eat too much meat, we`ll gain weight. For another, we ought to have a regular life. Rise and go in bed early. If we don`t get lots of sleep, we`ll feel sleepy in class. And it is necessary for us to take exercise every day. Enough exercise can make us relaxed. What`s more, we`d better study in a right way. When we study, we should sit at the table and study in a quiet place.

How To Keep Healthy

What is the most important thing in the world ? I think it is health , especially（尤其地） for us students . Well , how can we stay healthy ? Here is some advice（意见，建议） for you .

First of all , taking exercise every day helps us build a strong body . Regular exercise is an important part of keeping healthy . Second , we should have a good eating habit . It’s necessary to eat enough fish and vegetables , because they contain （包含，含有）many kinds of vitamin we need every day . Don’t eat too much fat . And it is wrong of some students to eat only what they like .What’s more , I think friends are an important part of health . Many studies（研究） show that people with a wide range of (一系列的)social contacts（社会关系） get sick less than those who don’t . I always feel better when I am with friends than I am alone . When I am with my friends , I always laugh . Laughing is also an important part of health. I like to laugh with my friends .

STOPPING MAKING FRIENDS ONLINE

Do you have an e-pal? Should students make friends online(在网上)? Some people say, “Yes.” However, in my opinion （我认为）as middle school students, we shouldn’t make friends online.

First, making friends online is a waste of time（浪费时间）. Students should spend more time on study. If we often talk with our e-pals, we won’t have enough time to study. Second, some students get cheated （受骗）online easily. Because it’s hard for them to tell about the real age, the sex （性别）or places they come from. Third, most of the students don’t study with their friends online. What they do is just chatting （聊天）or playing games. It has nothing to do with （与…无关）their study.

In a word, students should place their study, health and safety before other things. If we want to have good friends , we can make friends with our classmates and other people around us.

Body Language

People around the world all use body language. But body language is usually different in different countries. Now I’d like to say something very common about it.

Body language in America, Canada and China is different. In Canada, people keep moving one finger to say “Come here!” But Chinese people usually use their hand. In America, it’s Ok to point at people while it’s rude in China. Body language is not always different. One

My School

I am a student of No.3 Middle School. My school campus (校园)is big and beautiful. There are many tall trees and beautiful flowers. There is also a playground in our school.

Our teachers are all very kind and friendly. They work hard and teach us very well. They take good care of us, and they are also strict with us（对我们严格）.

There are more than 3,000 students in our school. We get on well with each other. We often study and play together.

At school, we study many subjects such as Chinese, math, and English. We try our best to learn them well. I love my school because it’s just like my home.

Doing Housework

(In my spare time, I like to read novels(小说). I think reading could enlarge(扩展) my knowledge. As for novels, I could imagine whatever I like such as a well-known scientist or a kung-fu master. In addition to reading, I also like to play PC games. A lot of grownups （成年人）think playing PC games hinders（阻碍，妨碍） the students from learning. Feeling guilty-ridden and determined to do something that I know would definitely please my parents and teachers, I decided to plant several trees on the hill in the rural area of the city on tree planting day with a few friends.

Feeling breezy and light-hearted, we came to the foot of the hill and selected a place that

looked suitable and settled down. We spent a few hours digging holes and placing the young seedlings. We took numerous pictures of the beautiful place. We also wrote out wishes and buried it deep down the roots of the trees. I felt tired quickly and though I didn’t realize it, it was time to go. I gazed up at the sky and took in all the wonderful features of Mother Nature. I felt really glad that we made it for this trip and thought that I would do my part on protecting the environment.

Let us join hands to build a green earth by planting trees! In order to benefit ourselves, in order to benefit the children and grandchildren, to all living things on the earth, also to blue sky and white clouds, green mountains and blue waters to last forever, let us say:”to protect the environment, from my starting!”

MY AFTER-CLASS ACTIVITIES

A baggar

One afternoon, it was drizzling. I was on my way home by train. There were only a few passengers in the carriage. When the train reached the station in front of a bridge, two impressive passengers got on, an old and a young. They looked like father and son. And they were both disabled. The old man was blind.The little boy of eight or nine years old had only one eye open,the other closed tightly. The little boy took pains to move with his father. As the train started rumbling again, the little boy's voice got around, \"Grandpas, grandmas, uncles and aunts, my honor to meet you. I'm Xiao Ming. Now I will sing a song for you.\"

Although the song was not very elegant, it sounded cordial and sweet. After several songs, as was expected, the boy began to \"beg\". Neither did he use a plate, nor did he extend his hands before you. He just said, \"Uncles and aunts\understood what he meant, but they pretended to know nothing.
