If we are lucky, we will get an interview easier than not lucky. But if we are only lucky and lack of competence, we will not success in interview. For job hunting, competence is necessary, and luck makes the process easier and not the determining factor. So we must hard word to improve our competence in order to get a suitable job and doing it for a long time. Hard working can give us the knowledge and skill; it also can bring the good opportunity of job for us. If we want to be successful, we need the opportunity. But we insist firmly on the opinion that one has to study and work before one has a chance of success, the following three aspects can help to demonstrate it. Firstly, inside factor governs outside factor. Obviously, hard working is the inside factor. That is to say, hard working precedes opportunity without unbelievable efforts; opportunity is just castles in the air. Secondly, \"No pains, no gains.\" hard working is the necessary access that leads to success. We know Edison invented bulb, but we also must know he got the success after thousands of failure. We would stay in the darkness without his hard working. Thirdly, in the long run, without continuous efforts, success is just a flash in the pan; only hard working can keep us enjoying the delight of success. After all, opportunity favors those who are well prepared. So we believe the hard working is more important to success.
Success should be ability and never-say-die spirit union, luck just icing on the cake just, the doesn't mean success! Luck again good, no skills, he will not succeed. He also can only watched from by.my luck, so luck is not the key to success.
Einstein once said: \"luck prefer prepared mind only.\" Have prepared mind refers to a man's subjective conditions, including personal knowledge accumulation and thinking mode of preparation. The success of many scientists in history has told us that a subjective condition and create throughout in the objective conditions and improve than those who only wait for luck appear more likely to succeed, the talented, is successful largest capital. an apple fall from a tree down every day, why only Newton invented the gravitation? The apple fell on the head of the rabbit，they will thing whether it is delicious. So we think that luck is not the key to success, opportunity is just one factor of success just! Success is not the god's given, not good luck comes, more is not the result of what opportunities. To succeed in life, lies in the heart of every man aim that firm everyone any difficulty, to overcome the difficult perseverance, more in everyone results-driven determination. It is sweat and strong performance, it is down-to-earth and practical results. Around the world, and which one successful without the industrious sweat, behind which a success not full of hard pay? When we expect 'luck in life, you come' whether thought Edison invented the light bulb process complex and difficult? He once daily work 18 hours, with countless test materials, try to thousands of failures.
If luck is the world drop down of, and we only have to seize these don't know when will drop down of luck to success, so after the success of human progress is to follow, irregular random happens, it is not negate our today's history development? Effort is belong to own, luck is everyone's, work hard, luck and much, not opportunities corresponding work hard, have luck also couldn't catch, work hard, even lose a luck opportunities, also will catch the next.
Though competence is very important in job hunting, if we are always unlucky, the feeling of disappointment will make us deny ourselves. so luck is also not ignored. In daily life, how shall we deal with the relationship between competence and luck. It is the relationship between simply internal cause and external cause and the relationship between contingency and necessity. Luck is the external cause, ability is the internal cause, luck belongs to the accident, ability to lead to inevitable. External cause play a role through the internal cause, Inevitability and chance coexist. it also can do something when we are lucky and lack of ability ，But it is not permanent, unless a lifetime have good luck. Some people think man can conquer nature, So regardless of anything, just dashed forward, they will be sacrred. Some people always complain about luck, so they are desperate.
Luck favors the prepared mind. Luck is by chance ,there must be probability according to the mathematical laws. The probability will increase naturally when we hard work and try more. When luck comes, who improving competence diligently in daily life will be easier to seize the opportunity.
There are four kinds people. One is lack of competence and luck. The process of their success is similar to go to the destination on foot. Then another is only lack of competence , it similar to run to the destination. It is similar to go to the destination by bike when they are only lack of luck. The space of going to the destination will be the fastest when they own competence and luck.
