摘要：An oxygen sensor (1) is constituted by a ceramic separator (18) being placed sothat the rear thereof enters the inside of a filter holding part (51) and the front enters
the inside of a casing (10) and formed with a plurality of lead insertion holes (72) axiallypenetrating the ceramic separator (18) and an elastic seal member (17) being fittedelastically into a rear opening of the filter holding part (51) and having seal lead insertionholes (91) for inserting leads (20, 21) for sealing the gap between the outer faces of theleads and the inner face of the filter holding part (51). The rear end face of the ceramicseparator (18) is positioned on the rear side behind a gas introduction hole (52) in theaxial direction and a predetermined gap (98) is formed between the elastic seal member(17) and the ceramic separator (18) at least at the lead insertion position.
