解决方法：
C:\Users\admin\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python37\Lib\site-packages\PyQt5\Qt\plugins\
C:\Users\admin\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python37\Lib\site-packages\pyqt5_tools\Qt\bin
然后打开Qt Designer就完事儿啦
